This creamy high-protein smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to start the day. Loaded with plantbased protein, antioxidants and fiber, this smoothie will keep you satified and energized for hours.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop plantbased protein powder
2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
a dash of cinnamon
50 g gluten-free oats
150 ml almond milk
100-200 ml water
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass. Enjoy!
