Let’s start off the week on a sweet note, shall we?
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
For the smoothie bowl:
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
1 tsp of cinnamon
a dash of almond milk, or any plant-based milk of your choice
For the toppings:
1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon gluten-free oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
a few almonds + pumpkin seeds
half a banana
a dash of cinnamon
Blend two frozen bananas with one tsp of cinnamon, two tbsp of powdered peanut butter, and a dash of almond milk until smooth.
Pour out into a bowl, and top with whatever you like; I chose half a banana, gluten-free oats, chia seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, a heaped tbsp of peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
