This creamy high-protein smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to start the day. Loaded with plantbased protein, antioxidants and fiber, this smoothie will keep you satisfied and energized for hours.
High-Protein Chocolate banana smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop plantbased protein powder
- 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- a dash of cinnamon
- 50 g gluten-free oats
- 150 ml almond milk
- 100-200 ml water
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a glass
