Made of simple and minimal ingredients, this creamy high protein smoothie will keep you satisfied for hours.
Green Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop plantbased protein powder
- 1 date, pitted
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- splash of almond milk (or more if you want a thinner smoothie)
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor, and mix until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a glass
