vegan chocolate chip cookies 🍪 easiest dessert vegan chocolate chip cookies 🍪 easiest dessert ever! 

All you'll need:

1 cup peanut butter, or your nut butter of choice
1 cup granulated brown sugar, or coconut sugar
2 tsps baking soda
1/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add all ingredients (except the sea salt) and stir together until all combined and smooth, about three minutes by hand. Using two tablespoons per cookie, scoop the dough and roll into a ball. Place on a baking sheet (leave enough space between them), and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are crackly. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle some sea salt on top. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes outside of the oven, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!

It was frustrating and disheartening to say the least, to pretend someone you are not.

All you'll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 handful frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

toppings: fresh fruit, homemade granola, coconut shreds

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix well. Continue to blend on low until smooth, only adding additional liquid when needed. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add fresh fruit, granola, coconut shreds, and/or any other toppings you desire. Enjoy!
