In the midst of grappling with an autoimmune disea In the midst of grappling with an autoimmune disease, the past few weeks have been a profound learning curve. One lesson stands out: never skip breakfast. For those who've followed my journey, you know my early 20s were marked by misguided choices – fasting, minimal calories, and a focus on the wrong priorities. It was a challenging time, but today, I stand at the other end of the spectrum, in what I can only describe as my healing era.

My relationship with food has undergone a significant transformation. Gone are the days of neglecting the most important meal of the day; instead, I now prioritize nutrients and consciously elevate my protein intake. It's a shift from mere sustenance to genuine nourishment.

As a mother navigating the complexities of daily life with a health condition, I find myself on a mission to nurture not just my family but, crucially, myself. The journey to wellness is a process of unlearning, a trial-and-error exploration of what truly benefits my body and what I should leave behind.

In this healing process, I've come to realize that my choices echo beyond personal well-being. As a mother, I aim to set a positive example for my son. Every nutrient-rich meal is a testament to self-love and resilience.

The path ahead is one of continuous learning. I am still deciphering what works best for my body, but I invite you to join me on this voyage. In the coming videos, I'll delve deeper into the intricacies of living with Hashimoto's disease and share more insights from this journey of self-discovery.
